Use the Oxara status page to check current service availability, active incidents, scheduled maintenance, and previous service updates.

## What the page shows

The status page includes information about:

* Oxara products
* Scheduled maintenance
* Active or resolved incidents

## When to check the status page

Check the status page if:

* Oxara products are not functioning as expected
* You are experiencing increased latency
* You notice a notification from **System**
* You suspect there may be a wider service issue

## No incident listed?

If the status page does not show an active incident but you are still experiencing issues, contact support.

When contacting support, include what you are trying to access, what is happening, and whether the issue affects only you, your staff team, or your entire tenancy.
